Mummy look what I saw last week

Was enjoying some precious family time with the kids and wife over at Botanical Garden. At the lily pond area, saw this:

Looks like a turtle, doesn't it? Blame that on my handphone camera, which, even at 2MP, sucks.

'twas a monitor lizard, about a meter long, sticking its tongue out in the air, smelling for tasty kids to snack on... (smack). Ouch. Which is what happened when my daughter started yelling at me. ;)
